This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you access or use the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

Wraith is headquartered in the State of Wisconsin, United States. This Privacy Policy is governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories when you use the Service.

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you create an account, complete onboarding, or use the Service, we may collect information such as your name, email address, business name, industry, target customer description, value proposition, sales challenges, preferred keywords, preferred platforms, saved searches, notes, outreach drafts, and other content you create or submit within the Service.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage data, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, features used, time and date of access, session duration, and similar diagnostic information.

We use this information to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

1.3 Voice and Conversation Data

The Service may include a voice-based AI interface. When you use this feature, your browser may process your speech using browser-native speech recognition. Depending on your browser, device, and settings, speech recognition may occur on-device or through the browser provider's speech recognition service.

Wraith does not intentionally store raw audio recordings. We receive and process the resulting text transcript, along with AI responses, to provide the Service, enable conversation history, memory, follow-up tracking, and personalization features.

1.4 Third-Party Platform Data

The Service may retrieve publicly available posts, comments, profiles, and other content from third-party platforms, including Reddit, X/Twitter, Facebook, Discord, and other supported sources, in response to your search queries.

This data may be sourced from public APIs, third-party data providers, or other lawful data sources. We do not intentionally collect private messages, password-protected content, or non-public content from third-party platforms.

Public content retrieved through the Service remains subject to the terms, policies, and rights of the third-party platforms and original content owners. You are responsible for using retrieved lead information lawfully and in compliance with applicable platform terms, anti-spam laws, privacy laws, and outreach rules.

1.5 Authentication Data

We may use third-party authentication providers, including Manus OAuth or similar providers, to allow you to create and access your account. We may receive basic account information such as your user identifier, display name, and email address from the authentication provider.

We do not receive or store your OAuth provider password.
